Canteen duty;  Our busy canteen is run by volunteers.  Your manager will advise you when you are required to fulfil a shift on the roster.

Three to four people required each time you do your 1 hour 15 minutes canteen duty; you need to mind the store and cook lots of sausages, duties in the attached document. Don’t worry about opening up as this will be done by Sheona Robertson every Saturday.
